Cadgwith Too 

Your hosts at Cadgwith Too are Kathy Wirstrom and Jeff Taggart.  Inspired by our many happy stays in over 40 bed and breakfasts, guest houses, and chambres d'hote in the U.K. and France,  we hope to provide you with accommodations that are comfortable and welcoming.  It is our goal to be your homebase during your stay in Ann Arbor.  Cadgwith Too is a 10 minute walk to Michigan Stadium or the Main Street area of downtown.  Another 10 minutes walking takes you to Kerrytown, the farmers' market, and Zingerman's Deli or to the State Street area of town and The University of Michigan's Diag.  Public transportation is available a short 3 blocks away.

Where did we get this funny name?!

For many years, we stayed in a B&B in Wells, England called Cadgwith  (Cadg rhymes with badge).  It was our home away from home while we were rehearsing and performing at Wells Cathedral.  We first got the idea to open our own B&B "someday" during one of those stays at Cadgwith House.  Our host there has since retired, but we will always remember the warmth and friendliness with which he opened his home to us.  We hope to do the same for you.

Cadgwith House took its name from a small village on the southern coast of Cornwall in southwest England.  

Now that Kathy has retired from 32 years as a special education classroom teacher, "someday" has arrived!
